MediPip is a medication tracking application for iPhone. It provides local medication logging, reminder notifications, home screen widgets, adherence reporting, and related features. The app is provided as a tool to help you remember and track your medications — it is not a medical device and does not provide medical advice.

MediPip offers a free tier with core functionality available indefinitely. MediPip Premium unlocks additional features including extended reports, exports, and additional widgets. Premium is available as a monthly or annual subscription, with a 3-day free trial available to eligible users on the annual plan.

Your use of MediPip is also governed by our Privacy Policy. MediPip stores data locally on your device. We are not responsible for data loss caused by device failure, iOS updates, app uninstallation, or other circumstances beyond our control.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Ozar Tech Corp and its developers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, arising from your use of or inability to use the app — including, but not limited to, missed medication doses, health consequences, or data loss. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Ozar Tech Corp's total aggregate liability arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of MediPip shall not exceed the amount you paid us, if any, in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid under applicable law, that provision will be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of MediPip after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms. Material changes will be reflected in the app version display.
