By downloading and using MediPip, you agree to the following terms. Please read them carefully — they're written in plain language.
1. Acceptance of terms
By installing, accessing, or using MediPip, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.
2. Who we are
MediPip is developed and published by Ozar Tech Corp, a company based in Texas, USA. References to "we," "us," or "our" throughout these Terms refer to Ozar Tech Corp.
3. Description of service
MediPip is a medication tracking application for iPhone. It provides local medication logging, reminder notifications, home screen widgets, adherence reporting, and related features. The app is provided as a tool to help you remember and track your medications — it is not a medical device and does not provide medical advice.
4. Not medical advice
MediPip is a reminder and tracking tool only. It does not:
- Diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any condition
- Replace advice from a qualified healthcare professional
- Monitor drug interactions or contraindications
- Determine whether a medication is appropriate for you
Always consult your doctor or pharmacist regarding medication decisions. Never ignore professional medical advice because of something you read or saw in MediPip.
5. User responsibility
You are solely responsible for:
- The accuracy of medication information you enter (name, dosage, schedule)
- Taking your medications as prescribed by your healthcare provider
- Maintaining backups of any data you wish to keep (via CSV/PDF export)
- Ensuring notifications and permissions are configured correctly on your device
6. Free and Premium features
MediPip offers a free tier with core functionality available indefinitely. MediPip Premium unlocks additional features including extended reports, exports, and additional widgets. Premium is available as a monthly or annual subscription, with a 3-day free trial available to eligible users on the annual plan.
Subscription terms:
- Payment is charged to your Apple ID at confirmation of purchase
- Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period
- Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period
- You can manage or cancel subscriptions anytime in your Apple ID settings
- Any unused portion of a free trial is forfeited when a subscription is purchased
7. Data and privacy
Your use of MediPip is also governed by our Privacy Policy. MediPip stores data locally on your device. We are not responsible for data loss caused by device failure, iOS updates, app uninstallation, or other circumstances beyond our control.
8. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the app
- Modify, adapt, or create derivative works based on MediPip
- Use the app for any unlawful purpose
- Attempt to access data belonging to other users (which is not possible given our architecture, but the prohibition stands)
9. Disclaimer of warranties
MediPip is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that the app will be error-free, uninterrupted, or that reminders will always fire on time. You are responsible for independently verifying that you have taken your medications.
10. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Ozar Tech Corp and its developers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, arising from your use of or inability to use the app — including, but not limited to, missed medication doses, health consequences, or data loss. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Ozar Tech Corp's total aggregate liability arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of MediPip shall not exceed the amount you paid us, if any, in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
11. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid under applicable law, that provision will be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.
12. Changes to these terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of MediPip after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms. Material changes will be reflected in the app version display.
13. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
