How do I add a medication?

Open MediPip, tap the "+" button on the Home tab, then fill in the medication name, dosage, and schedule. Pip will walk you through the rest.

Why didn't I get a reminder notification?

Make sure Notifications are enabled for MediPip in your iPhone's Settings app, and that Focus modes (like Sleep or Do Not Disturb) aren't silencing alerts. Reminders are scheduled locally on your device, so they won't fire if the app has been force-quit and notification permissions are off.

How do I set up a home screen widget?

Long-press your home screen, tap the "+" in the top corner, search for MediPip, and choose a widget size. You can find step-by-step visuals in the Widgets section of the app.

How do I restore my Premium purchase?

Go to MediPip → Settings → Restore Purchases. This re-links your existing subscription to the app using your Apple ID — no new charge is made.

How do I cancel my subscription?

Subscriptions are managed entirely through Apple. On your iPhone, go to Settings → [your name] → Subscriptions → MediPip, and choose Cancel Subscription.

How do I delete my data?

Go to MediPip → Settings → Delete All Data, or delete a single medication from its detail screen. See our Data Deletion page for full details, including what happens to backups and subscriptions.

Is my medication data private?

Yes — everything stays on your device. We don't operate servers that process your health data. Read the full details in our Privacy Policy.

I found a bug — how do I report it?

Email us at hello@ozar.io with a description of what happened and, if possible, a screenshot. Include your iPhone model and iOS version so we can reproduce it faster.
